A police. That was her goal, to be a police. Moon Byulyi was never the ordinary girl next door. She was not that feminine. Instead of playing with Barbie dolls, she played with toy cars. She was not girly at all when she was a child. She wanted to be a police, and she believed that she would be able to achieve her dreams.
One day, when she was fourteen years old, she had to perform on stage in front of so many people. She was dancing and singing in front of the audiences, hearing the clap after her performance. Since that day, her goal changed. She wanted to be a singer.
Byulyi started applying to so many entertainment agency. She failed all of them. She was thinking to give up after failing her thirteenth audition at the age of twenty-one, but fate lead her to another audition. This time, it's FAME Entertainment. She didn't have that much confidence after being rejected for God knows how many times. And unexpectedly, a good news came. She passed the audition.
A year passed, Moon Byulyi debuted with a group called MAMOMU as a rapper on June 19th 2014. They were not that popular until FAME Entertainment changed their CEO. Under Choi Jiwook's care, the group got more successful. They have plenty of fans and have won so many awards. But unfortunately, the group decided to take a hiatus on August 2017.
On December 2017, Moon Byulyi came back to take the spotlight. Not as a member of MAMOMU but as a solo singer. She will promote as a solo singer from that day onwards.
